Prolific, Visionary, Influencer, Integral are some of the words used to describe the ministry of Bishop Jovan Durrell Blake. As a native of Los Angeles, California, he has spent nearly 30 years preaching, teaching and leading the people of God. Since the young age of 12, God has used him as His mouthpiece and has graced him with a cutting-edge anointing that has been referred to by many as an “Anointing that sends the enemy running.” Bishop J.D Blake received his formal training at Southwest Bible College and received his ordination in the C.O.G.I.C. 

In 2004 after much prayer and consideration, he founded the Divinity Christian Fellowship Church, which was a ministry that God birthed in the heart of Los Angeles to bring deliverance and restoration to those in the Southern California area. His dedication and commitment as a Pastor allowed him to minister to people from all walks of life who would travel as far as 100 miles each week to experience the move of God that would take place under his pastoral ministry. As a result of the profound anointing that the ministry operated under, along with the tremendous impact the church had in the community; with its various Social Service programs, in 2012 the Lord spoke to him and said that the name of the church was to be changed to “Life Christian Center” because God was using the ministry to bring life back to the city.

Bishop J.D Blake was consecrated as a Bishop in the Lord’s church in 2012. Since that time, he has had the honor of serving in such capacities as Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop of Protocol and General Secretary. He currently serves as the President of J.D. Blake Ministries, which is a dynamic, life transforming, evangelistic ministry which God has designed to impact lives worldwide. He is a sought-after speaker and has the tremendous opportunity to preach several conferences, crusades and revivals. Everywhere he goes, the power and anointing of God within him is demonstrated in a great magnitude and God uses him to bring the spirit of revival and refreshing to the ministries and individuals he ministers to.

Bishop J.D Blake serves as Chief Apostle and Presiding Bishop of R.E.A.C.H Alliance. This fellowship was birthed in his spirit as a result of the great need for a Pastoral fellowship to exist that focuses on building true authentic relationships with its Pastors that isn’t based on popularity but rather the actual call of God on the Pastors life. His ministry is characterized by compassion, sincerity, truth and integrity. He is an anointed preacher, teacher, evangelist, prophet, prayer warrior, and revivalist.
